Trash shall not be placed at the curb prior to 7 p.m. on the day prior to regularly scheduled trash collection and not later than 7 a.m. on your collection day. The container shall be promptly removed from the curb following collection.

- Enforced Regulations
- Speed Limits will be obeyed.
- All traffic signs and signals will be obeyed.
- Loaded vehicles WILL have the right-of-way.
- Vehicles will unload only in designated areas.
- Dumping of prohibited materials in fill or other non-designated areas will not be tolerated.
- Scavenging shall be prohibited.
- Free liquids or waste containing free liquids shall be prohibited.
- Dumping of hot or burning loads is prohibited.
- No sealed or unlabeled barrels will be accepted.
- Dead animals must be delivered before noon and landfill personnel notified in advance.
- There will be absolutely no pushing or pulling of private vehicles by City equipment.
- refuse from outside Jasper County is prohibited.
- Drivers must notify scale operator of origin of load
- All loads must be tarped, covered, tied down, or secured to prevent loss in transit.
- All vehicles must weigh in and out.
- parking in designated area only
- No parking on scale.
- All regulations will be enforced.
- Penalties:
- After a driver has been issued two (2) warnings, the driver will be banned from the Landfill for a period of six (6) months.
- Any person or company dumping a prohibited item will pay a surcharge of $50.00 per item and use of the Landfill will be denied until the item(s) are retrieved, property disposed of, and the surcharge paid.
- Unsecured/uncovered loads will be penalized $10.00 and receive a tarp for covering future loads.
