Hello
My name is Brett Deeds E-mail [email protected]
What a great web site. My grandmother is a die hard geneologist Alot of information has been passed down to me. I have trees (looks like very similar to Book Five) Once I get the material together I will send it to you. I also have letter from Jehue Deeds and Jesse Deeds from the civil war. I also have many picture of them. My Grandfather was Issac Siyfert Deeds and my Father was Donald F. Deeds.
I have also traced my history back to Thomas Deeds b. 1758 d. 1840 PA I have been to the cementary were he is barried. My Grandmother traced things back from death certifactes.
I was hoping to trace back past Thomas - I am very intrested to see if I can trace back farther I noticed there was a mention of a Thomas Deeds arriving in VA/Maryland area in 1654-63 But there was no metion of him in any of the Books. I was wondering if you know any links from him - did he have any childeren ect. I would love to see if I could trace it to the Thomas Deeds that I am related to.
Thanks. Brett Deeds
I had a great time browsing. Found some connections that look very promising. I'll be visiting the LDS library in Salt Lake this month and will jump on what I've seen today. The Deeds in Bourbon County KS are my connection. Thanks to all the Deeds who are working on this site. I want to be more involved in the future. I will be adding on my info.
Thanks to all
