Iowa Vital Records InformationFrom: [email protected] CommentsFellow Iowa rsearchers, I've typed up and posted the information contained on the letter sent out by the Iowa Department of Public Health, Bureau of Vital Records concerning the application process for obtaining a certified copy of an Iowa birth, death, or marriage record, and also the reverse side of the actual application they use. The posting can be found at my GeoCities page (yes, the pop-up has been disabled) at: https://www.geocities.com/Athens/Atlantis/3643/IDPH-BVR.html Note: I am not an employee of the state of Iowa and the page is a private one and not an official page of the state of Iowa. I'm making this information available to the number of requests made for this information. Personally, and speaking from just my own experience, I find some of the information to be in error, but I will keep my mouth shut on that. :) Joey Schumacher P.O.
