Teacher's Pets

I am trying to resolve a problem my daughter is having (& others) with two teachers at this college. She has been very upset on the teachings of her Graphics Art class & Art. She comes home in tears, cause of this.

One teacher Dave Aust (graphic arts) chooses & picks favorite students, grades them well if he likes them. Also does not show up to teach a majority of the time. Calls students at home to do work for him. Plus grades at a curve (which I feel isn't right) The first semester is almost over & they have only finished the first chapter of there book.

The Art teacher Dave Gouchnow is the same way. She feels she is working her way through college & not learning anything, but fullfilling projects for the teachers that aren't in the workbook. The whole class is treated like they are stupid, except for his favorite students . She & others have tried talking to someone higher up & they won't listen. They won't let them talk to the dean.

Can anything be done about this? Where can we go to make sure my daughter & the rest of the students are getting the education they should be getting, instead of going to class & be on there own(sort 0f speaking)
