In July-95 Meyer Power Custom Cycles swapped a set of tanks. The original tanks were left at the shop so that they could air out. January 96-Went to the shop to pickup the tanks. Bill said that they were in the process of moving the shop and that the tanks had inadvertantly gotten packed,but he would find them so that I could have them back. March -July 96- phones calls at least once a week to find out if he had found the tanks. He would not return my telephone calls,even when I gave him my 800 number. September 96- appeared in Johnson County small claims court. The judge ruled in my favor for $ 300 As of May 28,1997 have not received any money and he still will not return phone calls.
