2nd Battery Iowa Light Artillery

 

Monument located on Graveyard Road 100 yards west of Union Avenue. This unit was attached to Capt. Nelson T. Spoor's Artillery Detachment of Brig. Gen. James M. Tuttle's 3rd Division, Maj. Gen'ls. William T. Sherman's & Frederick Steel's XV Army Corps and was commanded by Lt. Joseph R. Reed.
