Confederate Battle Flag of the 21st Arkansas Infantry Regiment

Seeking information related to Confederate Battle flag of the 21st Arkansas Infantry Regiment which was captured by Captain Leonard Houston, Company A of the 23rd Iowa Infantry Regiment at the Battle of Big Black River, about eleven miles east of Vicksburg, Mississippi on May 17, 1863.  In particular, I would like a description of the 21st Arkansas Infantry Regiment Battle flag as well as  the final disposition of the flag.

The 21st Arkansas Infantry Regiment was a part of Brig. General Martin Green's 2nd Brigade, and a portion of Brig. General John Bowen's Division defending the approaches to the Big Black River bridges from the eastern side of the river.  The 23rd Iowa Infantry Regiment, commanded by Colonel William Henry Kinsman, was a portion of a larger unit commanded by General Michael Lawler.
